Hank is a resident of Old Town. He is the local drunkard who intentionally removed both of his legs so that he could replace them with prosthetics filled with drinks, one with whisky and the other with soda. He is later jailed (presumably for this) in Fish? and he meets Mr. BoJenkins and Jon Gabagoolie.
