The Strangler is a serial killer. Along with The Cannibal, Ugly Face and Poison, the Strangler escaped custody when the police bus crashed. As his name implies, his MO is strangling his victims. He attempted to strangle Sheriff to death in the men's room at the Old Town gas station, but Mr. Pickles saved him by tearing out the Strangler's throat which killed him instantly.

The Strangler is a large, portly-built Caucasian man with extremely oversized hands and forearms. He has short dark brown hair, an underbite and slightly reddish nose.
